MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tham gia phát triển và triển khai các dự án E-commerce sử dụng Magento (Open Source & Adobe Commerce) cho khách hàng trong nước và quốc tế (Mỹ, Châu Âu, Úc…).

  • Thiết kế và phát triển tính năng mới, tối ưu hiệu năng hệ thống và đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn code chất lượng cao.

  • Phát triển và bảo trì extensions cho Magento theo yêu cầu của công ty hoặc khách hàng.

  • Đề xuất và tư vấn giải pháp kỹ thuật, phối hợp với PM, BA và team Dev để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng dự án.

  • Vận hành & triển khai hệ thống trên môi trường Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), có thể tham gia cấu hình CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Phối hợp với QA/Tester để kiểm thử và xử lý lỗi; tham gia tối ưu hiệu năng server, caching, và bảo mật hệ thống.

  • Đóng vai trò kỹ thuật chủ chốt trong dự án khi cần hỗ trợ các thành viên khác. Hướng dẫn và mentor các developer junior/middle trong team.

  • Đóng góp vào việc xây dựng best practices và chuẩn lập trình dự án cho team

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển Magento 2.

  • Thành thạo PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (KnockoutJS/ReactJS là lợi thế).

  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Git/Bitbucket, REST API, GraphQL, Composer.

  • Hiểu biết tốt về cấu trúc hệ thống Magento, Module/Theme Development, Performance Optimization, Security.

  • Có kinh nghiệm CI/CD, Docker, Nginx/Apache, Linux server, Cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • Biết sử dụng các công cụ monitoring/logging (NewRelic, ELK, Grafana…) là điểm cộng.

  • Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt, chủ động, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và tư duy giải quyết vấn đề.

  • Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh.

  • Có kinh nghiệm với CI/CD pipeline, container orchestration, hoặc triển khai trên cloud thực tế.

  • Hiểu biết về kiến trúc headless commerce.
