Our client is a medical devices cooperation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

  • Study and analyze product portfolios, market dynamics, customer demands, and competitive landscape;

  • Proactively develop new client networks while maintaining and expanding long-term partnerships with existing customers;

  • Execute sales plans within the assigned region by providing professional consultation on medical devices, consumables, and related solutions tailored to client needs;

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare tender documentation and follow up on bidding activities at healthcare institutions;

  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contract terms, and ensure effective implementation of signed agreements;

  • Take full ownership of sales performance in the assigned territory and report results to regional sales management;

  • Other responsibilities will be communicated during the interview process.

Requirements
  • Graduate of college or university in Business, Economics, Commercial Management, or similar disciplines;

  • Candidates with academic backgrounds in healthcare, life sciences, or biomedical engineering are an advantage;

  • Proven experience in B2B sales; prior exposure to medical devices, healthcare products, or pharmaceuticals is highly desirable;

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
