Mục tiêu công việcDẫn dắt việc xây dựng, triển khai và vận hành các giải pháp GenAI ứng dụng thực tiễn, tập trung trước hết cho TPBank App và các kênh số.Định hình chiến lược ứng dụng GenAI trong hệ sinh thái số của TPBank, đảm bảo tính tiên phong và hiệu quả triển khai.Bảo đảm đội ngũ có khả năng nhanh chóng thiết kế, build và tích hợp các AI Agent, AI Tool phục vụ khách hàng và nội bộ.Nhiệm vụ chính1. Xây dựng & Triển khai Giải pháp GenAIThiết kế và phát triển các AI Agent, chatbot, trợ lý số, công cụ tự động xử lý tài liệu, AI Search.Ưu tiên các giải pháp có thể triển khai nhanh, tạo giá trị ngay cho TPBank.Bảo đảm tích hợp liền mạch với các hệ thống hiện tại qua API, đặc biệt là eBankX, eBankBiz và hệ sinh thái số.2. Kỹ thuật & Ứng dụngLựa chọn, kết hợp các mô hình LLM (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source, …) với CSDL nội bộ, RAG, vector DB, API.Áp dụng các best practices về prompt engineering, fine-tuning, ops/monitoring mô hình.Đánh giá và lựa chọn kiến trúc phù hợp cho từng bài toán (agent-based, retrieval-based, hybrid...).Triển khai CI/CD/AIOps cho AI features, đảm bảo tốc độ, độ ổn định và khả năng scale.3. Quản lý đội ngũ & Phối hợpTuyển chọn, dẫn dắt nhóm AI Engineer, Prompt Engineer, AI Ops.Thiết lập quy trình phát triển AI nội bộ: từ ý tưởng → prototype → production.Phối hợp chặt với team App, Digital Banking, Business để hiểu nhu cầu và nhanh chóng hiện thực hóa.4. Risk & ComplianceĐảm bảo các tool AI tuân thủ quy định pháp lý và bảo mật dữ liệu.Thiết lập cơ chế kiểm soát output AI (hallucination, bias, data leakage).Yêu cầu công việcTrình độ học vấn:Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Thạc sĩ ngành CNTT, Khoa học máy tính, AI/Data hoặc tương đương.Kinh nghiệm:≥ 5 năm phát triển phần mềm/AI/ML, trong đó ≥ 2 năm ở vai trò quản lý nhóm kỹ thuật.Có kinh nghiệm build ứng dụng GenAI/LLM trong sản phẩm thực tế (ưu tiên mobile app, fintech, banking).Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng các hệ thống cho nhiều trăm ngàn lượt sử dụng mỗi ngàyKỹ năng chuyên môn:Thành thạo AI Engineering stack : LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, hoặc tương đương.Kinh nghiệm với Vector DB, RAG pipeline, multimodal AI.Hiểu và có kinh nghiệm với các nền tảng cloud-native (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, API integration.Có khả năng rapid prototyping, scaling & cost optimization.Có tư duy sản phẩm: đánh giá giá trị từ góc độ người dùng và business.Có khả năng ra quyết định kỹ thuật trong môi trường phức tạp, nhiều lựa chọn công nghệ.Kỹ năng mềm:Lãnh đạo đội nhóm đa chức năng >15 người theo mô hình agile.Giao tiếp tốt với khối kinh doanh để chuyển đổi yêu cầu thành sản phẩm AI cụ thể.Tinh thần ownership, tốc độ, và trách nhiệm.Quyền lợiThu nhập cạnh tranh, gắn với kết quả dự án AI.Vai trò chủ chốt trong chiến lược AI của ngân hàng số hàng đầu Việt Nam.Cơ hội học hỏi công nghệ mới, làm việc cùng chuyên gia AI trong nước và quốc tế.Tham gia các chương trình hợp tác, hội thảo, training chuyên sâu.Môi trường agile, tốc độ cao, được trao quyền quyết định kỹ thuật.
