Job Description
Manage and optimize the product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of categories and brands to meet customer demand in the Vietnam-Ho Chi Minh City market.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new item introductions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery and product availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations, driving sales growth.
Monitor inventory levels, implement effective replenishment strategies, and minimize stockouts to enhance customer experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 3 years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, or retailing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Solid understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Vietnam retail market.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of Alibaba International's Lazada platform.
