In 2024, Trueson was acquired by Tecnos Japan, a leading technology company with approximately 800 employees that specializes in Digital Transformation through integrated ERP, CRM, and CBP solutions. Trueson continues to operate as an independent division within the Tecnos group, combining our specialized expertise with the broader technological capabilities and resources of our parent company.

At the moment we are looking for a Backend Developer position to drive forward our Services and Development teams.

Position: Backend Developer

Type of work: Full-time

Reporting to: Technical Lead

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, code, test and debug new software;
  • Use software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum...);
  • Work closely with business partners and technical teams to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements;
  • Estimate timeline for assigned tasks and ensure that work is completed with the estimate given;
  • Deliver projects on time and with the highest quality;
  • Provide support for business inquiries, problem resolutions, and research requests;
  • Prioritize and handle multiple concurrent projects and efforts;
  • Accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; making clear, specific commitments to deliver results;
  • Technical level documentation;
  • Workload planning and reporting to technical leaders.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
  • Technology/language: Java, Javascript
  • Proficient in English
  • Results-oriented, and works with a sense of urgency. Assertive, responsible for his/her own work (self-directed), have a strong affinity for defining work in deliverables, and be willing to commit to deadlines
  • Focused and versatile team-player that is comfortable under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Highly-motivated, be able to corporate with other members
