About the Role

As a
Product Specialist at BShield
, you will play a key role in bridging
business, product, and technology
to deliver secure, scalable solutions for leading banks, fintech platforms, and enterprises in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

You will collaborate closely with
Sales/Account Management and Technical teams
to drive
POC delivery, product enablement, and post-launch support
, ensuring BShield solutions bring measurable impact to enterprise clients.

This is a dynamic B2B role suited for professionals who enjoy turning complex technology into tangible business value and working across both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

What You Will Do

B2B Product Enablement & Go-to-Market (60%)

• Lead
  POC and implementation
  projects with enterprise clients, from scoping to delivery and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with
  Sales/Account Management and Technical teams
  to translate client requirements into configuration and deployment plans.
• Develop and maintain
  enablement materials
  — one-pagers, integration guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases — to support both internal teams and partners.
• Support
  pre-sales and post-sales activities
  , including solution presentations, RFP responses, and coordination with partners or system integrators.
• Prepare
  demo environments, dashboards, and performance reports
  to highlight product value and client ROI.
• Ensure client feedback, deployment data, and success metrics are documented and shared across teams for continuous improvement.

Product Research & Development (25%)

• Develop a deep understanding of the
  BShield product ecosystem
  and its role in enterprise mobile app security.
• Research
  market trends, compliance frameworks, and competitive technologies
  to identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose
  feature enhancements and optimization initiatives
  aligned with business strategy and client use cases.
• Monitor
  usage insights and customer feedback
  to support continuous product innovation.

Cross-functional Collaboration (15%)

• Work closely with
  UI/UX, Technical, and Sales/AM teams
  to enhance product usability and end-user experience.
• Gather and synthesize insights from
  clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  to inform roadmap priorities.
• Conduct
  training sessions and enablement workshops
  for internal teams and partners to ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  .
• 2–4 years of experience
  in Product, Pre-sales, or Solution roles within
  B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or fintech
  .
• Strong understanding of
  enterprise solution delivery, integration workflows, and customer lifecycle management
  .
• Excellent
  communication and documentation skills
  in English (mandatory) and Vietnamese.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across business and technical functions.
