About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring smooth deployment, integration, and system reliability. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and offshore solution delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Present and communicate technical solutions and complex integrations clearly and effectively
  • Design and propose DevOps architectures that meet customer requirements and demonstrate the business value of cloud services
  • Act as a key technical bridge between the sales team and offshore solution delivery teams to support smooth project execution
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and system reliability
  • Serve as a technical liaison for the country as part of the global shared service operations
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and system monitoring solutions
  • Manage and maintain AWS cloud environments following best practices for security, scalability, and performance
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues to ensure system stability

Your Skills and Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS environments
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and automation using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (e.g., EKS or equivalent)
  • Experience working with monitoring tools such as the ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
  • Solid understanding of system deployment, configuration, and operational best practices

  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services
  • Experience architecting, designing, or migrating workloads to public cloud environments
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional) are a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
