MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tham gia các dự án phát triển bài toán tích hợp giữa các hệ thống quản trị trong doanh nghiệp như ERP, CRM, Oracle
  • Tham gia phát triển và vận hành ứng dụng theo kiến trúc Microservices, triển khai trên Container Platform (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
  • Triển khai, quản trị và tối ưu quy trình CI/CD với GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
  • Vận hành hệ thống DevOps, Monitoring, Logging, Observability.
  • Tham gia triển khai, quản lý và giám sát hạ tầng on-premise hoặc cloud.

YÊU CẦU

Yêu cầu bắt buộc:

  • Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Hệ thống thông tin, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc các ngành có liên quan
  • 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm DevOps hoặc System/Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Có từ 2 đến 3 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế triển khai, vận hành, và tối ưu hệ thống trên: Kubernetes (K8s),Red Hat OpenShift: self-managed hoặc cloud-managed (EKS/GKE/AKS).
  • Có kinh nghiệm phân tích và sizing hạ tầng khi triển khai ứng dụng trên Container Platform, bao gồm: Sizing cluster: số lượng node, loại node (CPU/RAM), pod density, resource reservation. Sizing workload: thiết lập request/limit tối ưu cho CPU, bộ nhớ, autoscaling (HPA/VPA). Sizing storage: lựa chọn StorageClass, tốc độ IOPS, thông số dành cho ứng dụng stateful. Sizing network: throughput, load balancer capacity, ingress/nginx controller tuning.
  • Kinh nghiệm triển khai CI/CD pipeline, GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD) và tự động hóa hạ tầng.
  • Kinh nghiệm với các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu và nền tảng tích hợp: Oracle, PostgreSQL.. WSO2 API Manager / WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (EI) Triển khai ứng dụng trên Container Platform.
  • Hiểu sâu security, monitoring, networking.
  • Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc độc lập, làm việc nhóm tốt.
  • Có kỹ năng đọc, hiểu tài liệu Tiếng Anh. Giao tiếp cơ bản.
  • Có kỹ năng làm tài liệu để đào tạo, bàn giao công việc.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên:

  • Triển khai vận hành WSO2 WSO2 API Manager WSO2 Identity Server WSO2 Enterprise Integrator
  • Triển khai vận hành Mulelsoft: Triển khai MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange
  • Hiểu về bảo mật ứng dụng ngân hàng, tiêu chuẩn an ninh ngân hàng (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).
