The Role:

• Collaborate with delivery managers and clients to understand current and future business needs
• Analyze existing systems to identify upgrade opportunities or feature enhancements
• Propose comprehensive business solutions with cost estimations (development, operations, maintenance)
• Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and integration
• Facilitate technical discussions with development teams to align on software requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across the project lifecycle
• Ensure seamless integration of all system components and infrastructure
• Provide training and guidance to staff on system procedures and best practices
• Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions from stakeholders
• Monitor system performance to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
• Support presales activities including technical proposals and solution presentations

What you'll bring

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in Java API Microservices & Oracle PL/SQL & Forms/Reports
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, AKS, Apache NiFi, Salesforce
• Familiarity with .NET C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Spring Framework, Spring Boot (preferred)
• Proficient in Oracle DB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Unit Testing, Jenkins, Fortify, Snyk, SonarQ for code quality assurance

 Soft Skills & Domain Knowledge

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinking
• Proven experience in technical solutioning, proposal writing, and presales engagements
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in the insurance domain is a strong plus
• Willingness to work onsite at the customer's office in HCMC (Hybrid model: 2–3 days onsite per week)
