  • Xây dựng kế hoạch quản trị toàn bộ hệ thống hạ tầng CNTT (Network, System, Security)
  • Thiết kế, quy hoạch, đánh giá, triển khai các dự án, giải pháp, công việc liên quan hạ tầng, hệ thống CNTT.
  • Phân công nhiệm vụ, điều phối và kiểm soát tiến độ thực hiện của các thành viên trong nhóm.
  • Tiếp nhận, phối hợp và hỗ trợ các thành viên thuộc phòng IT, các phòng ban khác trong công ty và khách hàng liên quan
  • Quản lý và giám sát các tài sản thiết bị, phần mềm, license, certificate,...
  • Xử lý trực tiếp các vấn đề liên quan Network và Security (Firewall, Switch, NAC, SIEM,...)
  • Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề liên quan System, các vấn đề, sự cố có độ phức tạp, độ khó cao từ System/Network Administrator
  • Tiếp nhận công việc và báo cáo công việc của team trực tiếp cho IT Manager.
  • Hỗ trợ các công việc liên quan System/Network Administrator và Technical Support Officer (theo yêu cầu thực tế)
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu.

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học trở lên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử viễn thông…
  • Có kinh nghiệm tại lĩnh vực Network từ 5 năm trở lên. Có kinh nghiệm về System và Security là một lợi thế
  • Có các chứng chỉ liên quan Network và System, Security như: CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, Security+, CEH,... là một lợi thế
  • Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về Network
  • Có kiến thức tốt về System và hiểu biết về Security
  • Tư duy phản biện, tư duy dịch vụ khách hàng, kỹ năng giải quyết công việc
  • Ý thức trách nhiệm, tính tuân thủ cao
  • Kỹ năng quản lý nhóm.
  • Kỹ năng thu thập phân tích xử lý thông tin
  • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, kiểm soát, giám sát
  • Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập
