Job description
  • Trao đổi trực tiếp với khách hàng;
  • Cung cấp và làm rõ các yêu cầu chức năng, yêu cầu kĩ thuật, yêu cầu chất lượng, kế hoạch, tầm nhìn về sản phẩm của khách hàng và các bên liên quan cho nhóm phát triển;
  • Giúp đỡ nhóm phát triển nắm vững các yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng;
  • Lập kế hoạch và Kiểm soát tiến độ;
  • Nghiệm thu, chấp nhận hoặc từ chối các kết quả làm việc của nhóm phát triển;
  • Thu thập thông tin, báo cáo, cung cấp chia sẻ hoặc làm rõ các thông tin về sản phẩm, chất lượng, kế hoạch, kĩ thuật với khách hàng;
  • Hướng dẫn, tư vấn, hỗ trợ khách hàng về mặt tính năng, giao diện, chất lượng, kế hoạch, kĩ thuật của sản phẩm, dự án.

Kiến thức & kinh nghiệm liên quan

Tiếng Nhật

  • Tiếng nhật tương đương N2 trở lên, giao tiếp tốt;
  • Ưu tiên cho ứng viên đã làm việc tại Nhật Bản.

Kỹ thuật

  • Có hiểu biết về công nghệ để trao đổi khách hàng và đội phát triển;
  • Có kinh nghiệm viết tài liệu dự án;
  • Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về lập trình ngôn ngữ bất kỳ.
  • Có kỹ năng trong việc kiểm thử phần mềm là một lợi thế;

Quản lý dự án

  • Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm dự án với vai trò BrSE hoặc PM;
  • Có khả năng Lập kế hoạch, Quản lý tiến độ, Quản lý phạm vi
  • Có hiểu biết về Agile, Scrum là một lợi thế.
