RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are looking for a BRSE (Bridge System Engineer) who can participate in a long-term project with a Japanese client.
  • The candidate will undergo 3 months of RAS training before being dispatched to the client's onsite location.
  • The BRSE will act as a communication bridge between the offshore and onsite teams, and contribute to the project for a minimum of 2 years.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Participate in 3-month training program before going onsite
  • Work onsite with the Japanese client after training
  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and offshore development team
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Communicate daily with Japanese stakeholders and ensure project quality and progress
  • Support the offshore team by clarifying requirements and providing feedback
  • Understand and contribute to technical discussions when necessary (base knowledge in C/C++, ReactJS, or Vue)
