PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using .NET Core, , and Azure, with a focus on real-time interaction and AI integration.
  • The role works closely with AI Developers to integrate AI-powered services and intelligent agents into enterprise-grade applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop backend services using .NET Core (Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ).
  • Build responsive and maintainable front-end applications using , Zustand, TailwindCSS, and Vite.
  • Design and maintain relational databases (SQL Server), including schema design, stored procedures, and optimisation.
  • Implement real-time communication features using SignalR, WebSocket, or equivalent technologies (e.g., live chat, dashboards, notifications).
  • Collaborate with AI Developers to integrate AI/LLM-based services and agents (e.g., chatbots, content automation).
  • Work with Azure Cloud Services (App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps).
  • Participate in system architecture discussions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Ensure clean, maintainable code through best practices, peer reviews, and automated testing.
  • Support continuous delivery using CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker).
  • Create technical documentation and collaborate across teams (Product, AI, QA) to deliver reliable solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • ≥ 2 years of fullstack development experience using .NET Core and
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and LINQ.
  • Front-end experience with , Zustand, TailwindCSS, and modern build tools (Vite, NPM/Yarn).
  • Experience with real-time systems (SignalR, WebSocket) and handling concurrent user interactions.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services and DevOps pipelines.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and application security.
  • Experience working with AI APIs (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
  • Intermediate English communication skills (able to communicate effectively in daily work)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience building chat interfaces or AI-driven agents.
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD).
  • Understanding of performance optimisation and real-time data streaming.
