FullStack Software Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically sharp and business-savvy Fullstack Software Developer to support our sales team in Vietnam. This is a client-facing role, responsible for understanding customer challenges, shaping solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. If you have experience working with enterprise software in regulated industries and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java and modern web technologies
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Support data migration, system integration, and legacy system transitions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post deployment phases

Client Engagement & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Technical Solution Consultants/Business Analysts to translate client requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and product training to client teams (typically 3-4 people)
• Deliver onsite support when required for project implementations
• Participate in technical discussions with clients to understand their IT operation challenges

Technical Skills Application

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Apply system analysis, design principles, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Key Requirements

Experience & Education

• 3–5 years of experience in presales & post sales, solution consulting, or enterprise IT architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Software Developer/System Analyst in a system integration or enterprise IT environment
• Proven track record of delivering fullstack applications
• Experience working on enterprise-level projects

Technical Skills (Required)

• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
• Frontend: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or ), HTML5, CSS3
• Database: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• API Development: RESTful API design and development, API integration experience
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Build Tools: Experience with Maven or Gradle
• Scripting & CI/CD: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Sonatype Nexus, SonarQube)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Methodologies & Frameworks

• Strong understanding of system analysis, design principles, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Language Proficiency

• English: Must have (written and verbal)
• Cantonese/Mandarin: Preferred
