Nội dung công việc
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu xây dựng các sản phẩm dịch vụ (phần mềm ứng dụng liên quan ngân hàng, khách sạn, thanh toán điện tử, IoT...) từ các bộ phận trong Công ty và đối tác.
- Nghiên cứu, phát triển, triển khai, nâng cấp các sản phẩm phần mềm.
- Tham gia lập trình các module từ đơn giản đến phức tạp. Có thể review code, phân tích bug và đề xuất các giải pháp cho các module.
- Báo cáo cho quản lý khi có yêu cầu.
- Phụ trách chính các mảng việc liên quan đến Ruby (Ruby on Rails).

Yêu cầu công việc
- Thành thạo HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap, JSON, ...
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các Hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu như: MySQL, PostgreSQL, ...
- Thành thạo các công cụ quản lý mã nguồn: GIT hoặc SVN.
- Hiểu rõ kiến thức về OOP, MVC, Coding conventions.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng công cụ AI trong quy trình phát triển phần mềm, như: Claude AI, Github Copilot, Cursor AI, ...
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển Web Application từ 1 năm trở lên.
Kinh nghiệm
- Có kinh nghiệm làm dự án thực tế với Ruby 2 năm trở lên.
Yêu cầu khác
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm các dự án với khách hàng Nhật Bản.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao Đẳng ngành Công nghệ thông tin.
- Luôn tìm tòi, học hỏi, trao đổi, nghiên cứu công nghệ mới.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề độc lập, làm việc nhóm tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Biết tiếng Anh, tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế rất lớn.
Chế độ đãi ngộ
- Lương: Up to 1200$
- Xét tăng lương 1 lần/ năm, có thể được xét tăng sớm tùy thuộc vào năng lực và hiệu quả công việc.
- Thưởng tháng lương thứ 13, thưởng dự án và các loại thưởng khác (thưởng thành tích, thưởng cá nhân xuất sắc, thưởng đạt chứng chỉ Tiếng Nhật…).
- Được làm việc trực tiếp với các khách hàng Nhật Bản. Cơ hội Onsite tại Nhật Bản.
- Được hưởng các phúc lợi khác như: Team-building hàng tháng, nghỉ mát hàng năm, khám sức khỏe định kỳ...
- Tất cả chế độ theo quy định của Pháp luật Lao động Việt Nam (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, ...).

- Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6.
