Key Responsibilities

  • UI/UX Design: Lead end-to-end design processes for Long Châu's web and mobile platforms – from ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to final implementation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions.
  • User Research & Improvement: Analyze current user experiences, identify pain points, and propose design enhancements to optimize usability and conversion.
  • Design System Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, collect feedback, and continuously refine design solutions based on insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Support and mentor other UI/UX team members to drive collective growth and maintain design excellence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital product design, preferably in e-commerce or healthcare.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving skills, and UI/UX expertise.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Design Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Basic proficiency in English communication.
  • Logical and system-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive communication and openness to feedback and collaboration.
