  • Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) to manage the RM's assigned corporate customer portfolio, while might take charge of owned assigned customer portfolio (upon candidate's experience)
  • Follow customer's queries/ identify their needs, consult/ provide necessary supports/ actions and liaise with RMs/ other departments (if necessary)
  • To ensure timely feedback/ smooth transaction execution and customer's satisfaction, with the target of enhancing customer's business transactions with Bank.
  • Analyze and review credit facilities for corporate customers.
  • Administer all tasks to ensure compliance to all guidelines and procedures.
  • Daily operation support to your Japanese manager by Japanese language.
  • Other administrative tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Department Head from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Graduated from Univeristy with major Banking, Finance, Investment Economics, Comercial Economics, External Economics or related majors.

2. Japanese: N1 level (Prefer having JLPT N1)

3. English: At least Upper - Intermediate level. (Prefer cdd who has Ielts 6.5+)

4. Good background and understanding of financial / accounting principles and concepts

  1. Having at least 2 years experience as Sales staff, Business Development, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Customer Support, Finance consulting, Secretary, Project Management or related majors.

  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to change.

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of teamwork, responsibility, initiative, hardworking

  4. Ablity to work under high pressure and accomplish many tasks at the same time.

  5. Good at Microsoft Excel, Word

[PREFER]

  • Experience in business promotion in foreign/local banking sector is preferable; the job title would be adjusted according to applicants' experience
  • Having JLPT N1 holder and Ielts 6.5 + certificate.
