About the Role

We are looking for a Middle to Senior Software AG webMethods Integration Developer to join an international project delivering enterprise-level integration solutions.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain system integrations that connect multiple applications and services, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Software AG webMethods.
  • Build and manage integration flows using webMethods Integration Server, Flow Services, Adapters, and Messaging components.
  • Develop and expose REST/SOAP APIs for system-to-system communication.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to integrations and middleware services.
  • Collaborate with international teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and proper documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Integration / Middleware / Enterprise Application Integration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Software AG webMethods, including:
  • Integration Server
  • Flow Services
  • Adapters (JDBC, SAP, etc.)
  • Messaging (Broker / Universal Messaging)
  • API Gateway
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, enterprise systems, and service-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, JDBC.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work overlapping with European working hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS Cloud (API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, S3).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
  • Experience with other ESB / middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, WSO2, etc.).
  • Previous experience working on international or enterprise-scale projects.
