Mission

We are seeking a passionate
Software Engineer
to join a team dedicated to creating a frictionless, secure, and productive digital experience for all users. You will be part of our initiative to strengthen the organization's
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
ecosystem by integrating modern AI solutions and developing new features aligned with an AI-driven strategy.

In this role, you will build integrations with SSO platforms, enhance identity and access workflows, and help evolve AI agents into a natural and secure component of the IAM landscape. Collaboration with engineers, designers, and product owners is central to the role. You will also identify risks associated with AI functionality, propose solutions, handle operational responsibilities for developed components, and contribute to raising AI maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and optimize software for agent systems, workflows, MCP servers, and modern AI tools.
  • Build and maintain integrations within the Identity & Access Management domain.
  • Develop secure solutions that strengthen SSO, authentication, and identity governance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and ensure seamless system performance.
  • Identify risks related to AI adoption and create mitigation strategies.
  • Support operational responsibilities for the software components you deliver.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, experimentation, and rapid iteration within the team.

QualificationsMust-have

  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and optimizing backend systems, workflows, and agents.
  • Experience working with IAM integrations and authentication standards such as
    SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java
    , and ideally also
    Go
    as core programming languages.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and product owners.
  • Quick learner with a mindset for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MCP servers or modern AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with building SSO integrations and identity governance workflows.
  • Understanding of risk management related to AI deployment in enterprise systems.
