Description:

Policy & Process

  • Develop, review, and maintain group-wide legal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with regulatory changes (coordinate with Compliance team), market practices, company growth strategy and business objectives.
  • Translate legal strategy into practical internal policies and operational guidelines that support legal risk management and business enablement.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to embed legal initiatives and best practices into day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
  • Support to conduct legal capability development, training, innovation and legal profession playbook creation.
  • Support to oversee legal organization structure, roles, and headcount planning.

Legal Systems & Tools

  • Develop and manage internal legal tools with AI features (i.e., Knowledge-Based Management System, Contract life-cycle management systems, e-sign, workflows, templates,…).
  • Work with external legal-tech supplier and related internal teams for the above-mentioned system integration, operation and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze system usage, feedback, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Requirement

  • Bachelor of law degree.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in legal operations, compliance, or corporate governance, or policy management — preferably within an in-house legal team.
  • Experience with legal systems / tools, and document workflows, including familiarity with contract management, e-sign.
  • Excellent planning and reporting skills, analytical and detail-oriented mindset, strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of technology, systems, or digital transformation will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience in leading or coordinating legal operational activities (budgeting, or training) is preferred.
  • Good time and task management skills.
  • English fluency.
