Thời gian: Fulltime (Thứ 2 – Thứ 6, 8h00 – 17h30)

Mô tả công việc:
Quản lý và thực hiện công tác BHXH, BHYT, BHTN
Quản lý bảo hiểm tai nạn và bảo hiểm sức khỏe (BHSK)
Thực hiện công tác Thuế Thu nhập cá nhân (PIT)
Phối hợp và làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước
Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ/ tháng/ quý/ năm về tình hình tham gia BHXH, thuế TNCN và bảo hiểm phúc lợi
Yêu cầu:
Tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân lực hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương (mạnh về BHXH)
Am hiểu về thuế, đặc biệt là thuế thu nhập cá nhân (TNCN) và các quy định liên quan.
Nắm rõ luật BHXH, luật lao động. Có kinh nghiệm hoạt động công đoàn là lợi thế.
Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, xử lý số liệu chính xác.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc.
Mindset service, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ và giải quyết vấn đề cho nhân viên một cách chuyên nghiệp, tận tâm
