KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:

  • Territory Management / Quản lý khu vực: Oversee potential hospitals and clinics, ensuring comprehensive product coverage. Phụ trách các nhà thuốc tiềm năng, đảm bảo độ phủ sản phẩm toàn diện.
  • Sales Target Achievement / Đạt chỉ tiêu kinh doanh: Execute the company's business plans to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets. Thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh của công ty nhằm đạt và vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số hàng quý và hàng năm.
  • High-Quality Engagement / Cung cấp thông tin chất lượng cao: Provide health professionals with up-to-date, accurate, and high-quality product information to support their practice. Cung cấp cho các chuyên gia y tế thông tin sản phẩm chính xác, cập nhật và chất lượng cao để hỗ trợ công việc của họ.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU:

Qualifications and Skills / Trình độ và Kỹ năng

  • Education / Trình độ học vấn: Minimum of a degree in Medicine or Pharmacy; a university degree is preferred. Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Y hoặc Dược,
  • Experience / Kinh nghiệm: At least 2 years of experience working with pharmacy retails channels and pharmaceutical products. Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với các kênh nhà thuốc và sản phẩm dược phẩm.
  • Expertise / Chuyên môn: Strong knowledge of bidding processes and proficiency in securing product listings. Am hiểu quy trình đấu thầu và có khả năng đưa sản phẩm vào danh mục đấu thầu.
  • Skills / Kỹ năng: Proven sales, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Kỹ năng bán hàng, giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt.
