We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Project Executive / Project Executive to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for brand clients. This role plays a crucial part in managing influencer marketing workflows, tracking deliverables, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day execution of integrated brand campaigns (social, influencer, PR, production, etc.).
  • Coordinate influencer/KOL campaign timelines, briefing, content approvals, and deliverable tracking.
  • Maintain and update influencer/KOL databases, usage rights, and activation schedules.
  • Liaise with influencers and talent managers for deliverables, logistics, and post-campaign documentation.
  • Assist in briefing and managing third-party vendors (production houses, media platforms, etc.).
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Requirements
:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, influencer campaign management, or marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing processes and social media platforms.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced agency or brand environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating influencer/KOL campaigns from planning through reporting.
  • Basic understanding of reporting metrics and ROI in digital/influencer marketing.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and working English preferred.
