Thời gian làm việc: 08h30 – 18h30, từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6

Mức lương: Từ tr gross + Bonus

Yêu cầu:

  • Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực sales nhân sự, dịch vụ headhunt hoặc outsource kỹ thuật
  • Giao tiếp tốt, biết đặt vấn đề đúng trọng tâm, xử lý nhanh
  • Chủ động, kỷ luật, không cần kèm cặp, phù hợp văn hóa "ít nói làm nhiều" của môi trường Nhật
  • Ưu tiên từng làm việc tại công ty Nhật hoặc chăm sóc khách hàng Nhật
  • Có tiếng Nhật N3 trở lên hoặc thành thạo giao tiếp công việc bằng tiếng Nhật
  • Có hiểu biết về ngành kiến trúc – xây dựng – kỹ thuật tại Việt Nam. Có hiểu biết về BIM, CAD
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có tiếng Nhật hoặc hiểu ngành kỹ thuật, nhưng sẵn sàng đào tạo nếu ứng viên có tư duy kinh doanh tốt và từng làm mảng nhân sự kỹ thuật

Nội dung công việc:

  • Tuyển dụng mảng phái cử kỹ sư đi Nhật
  • Tìm kiếm, sàng lọc, tư vấn và giới thiệu Kỹ sư, Tokutei, Vĩnh trú (cả đầu Nhật và Việt)
  • Duy trì và mở rộng mạng lưới khách hàng tại Nhật (các công ty haken, các công ty sử dụng lao động Việt Nam, cộng tác viên ...)
  • Headhunt kỹ sư/kỹ thuật viên cho công ty FDI tại Việt Nam
  • Tìm kiếm, sàng lọc, tư vấn và giới thiệu Kỹ sư phù hợp theo yêu cầu từng vị trí
  • Duy trì và mở rộng mạng lưới khách hàng trong nước (KCN, văn phòng đại diện, công ty thiết kế…)
  • Phát triển mảng kinh doanh dịch vụ outsource kỹ thuật (CAD/BIM/Revit) (Phụ)
  • Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận khách hàng Nhật có nhu cầu outsource bản vẽ kỹ thuật qua các kênh truyền thống và online (LinkedIn, hội chợ, các hiệp hội ngành nghề…)
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật và QC để đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu quả dự án
