SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to Consultants and Managers during internal and external projects
  • Collect, process and analyze data to identify and quantify inefficiencies, patterns, sources of improvement
  • Analyze problem root causes in a systematic manner
  • Conduct market research, investigate, observe, interview
  • Proactively identify and report project risks
  • Facilitate communication within the team
  • Keep project and internal documentation ordered, structured and clean
  • Contribute to the development of new analytical tools, processes, trainings
  • Comply with CEL standards
  • Represent CEL values and brand
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree (Master degree is a strong plus) in Mathematics, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Applied science, Data Science
  • Technical Proficiency: At least one year of experience in data processing using tools like Python or R (strong plus) and knowledge of modeling, simulation, or optimization (preferred).
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong systematic thinking and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Effective Communication: Proficient in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can also work autonomously and proactively.
  • Curiosity and Openness: A growth-oriented mindset, eager to engage in debates, learn continuously, and explore innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Upholds confidentiality and aligns with CEL's standards and values.
