1. JOB SCOPE

  • Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients or stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into detailed specifications for the technical team (Developers, Testers, Designers).
  • Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Participate in testing, acceptance, and feasibility evaluation of proposed solutions.
  • Monitor progress, support testing, and ensure the final product meets business goals and user experience standards.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Skilled in writing BRD, SRS, Use Case, User Story, Flowchart, and Wireframe documents.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, and effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and modeling tools such as Figma, Miro, or

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in software, SaaS, or technology startup environments.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, API, UI/UX, or QA Testing.
  • Having CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certifications is an advantage.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work with clients and internal teams to define business and technical requirements for the product.
  • Write and manage BRD, SRS, Use Case, User Flow, and Wireframe documents throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
  • Support testers in defining acceptance criteria and verifying business logic issues.
  • Track project progress to ensure timely delivery with proper quality and scope.
  • Propose business process optimization and user experience improvements to enhance system performance.

4. BENEFITS & SALARY

  • Salary:
    7 – 10 million VND (Gross), depending on skills and experience.
  • Working hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Workplace:
    Freshdi Office – Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

    , gaining hands-on experience with real B2B product development.
