  1. Financial Reporting

  2. Manage month-end financial closing and reporting processes using SAP (transactional system) and ORACLE FCCS (consolidation).

  3. Prepare monthly reporting packages (Local GAAP/IFRS) for entities in scope in line with Group deadlines.
  4. Deliver accurate, timely data, reports, analyses, and reviews for internal and external stakeholders.

  5. Support the Local AFC in defining and preparing monthly cash flow planning (direct and indirect).

  6. Accounting Management

  7. Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger, treasury, and tax (direct, indirect, and deferred), as well as project management.

  8. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
  9. Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  10. Streamline accounting processes and provide guidance to accounting resources.

  11. Develop and maintain accounting and reporting policies, ensuring compliance with accepted standards and timely submission.

  12. Compliance & Audit

  13. Deliver statutory and IFRS annual financial statements without compromising audit quality, and support yearly/quarterly tax reporting for Group and local authorities.

  14. Participate in internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.

  15. Supervise statutory reporting, tax filings, and compliance (profit tax, VAT, and income tax) in accordance with VAS and Ministry of Finance regulations.

  16. AI Implementation

  17. Identify opportunities to apply AI in financial processes, including automated bookkeeping, predictive analytics, and data insights.

  18. Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and forecasting capabilities.

  19. Budgeting & Forecasting

  20. Contribute to the development and management of company budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  21. Leverage AI analytics for financial forecasting, scenario planning, and modeling.

  22. Financial Analysis

  23. Perform in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

  24. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and AI-generated analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • Chief Accountant Certificate holder
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in multinational companies (experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage)
  • At least 4 years in a Big 4 - Assurance or Transactions & Deal
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of VAS & IFRS and Financial requirements and good understanding of local tax regulations and compliance obligations
  • Solid knowledge of SAP (modules FI, CO, AA, MM)
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle FCCS Consolidation module or any Consolidation software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in accounting and finance
