Role Description

  • Support in planning, organizing, and executing game projects according to defined timelines and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, Development, and QA to ensure project progress and product quality.
  • Track project tasks, timelines, and regularly update work status.
  • Assist in organizing project meetings, consolidating updates, and ensuring all team members are aligned on goals and task status.
  • Coordinate with the Product Manager to update manpower plans for each project phase.
  • Record and help manage any changes or adjustments arising during the development process.
  • Learn and gradually adapt to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in managing game production teams.

Requirement:

  • At least 1 year of experience for Junior level and 3 years for Middle
    (
    Interns with BA experience preferred
    )
  • Understanding of the
    game development process
    and key product milestones
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Familiar with
    project management tools
    (Trello, JIRA, Notion, etc.)
  • Skilled in planning, task prioritization, and progress tracking
  • Clear communication and effective information delivery
  • Passionate about mobile games and actively plays them
  • Basic English skills are a plus
