, while simultaneously nurturing team growth through a structured
Team Journey framework
. The Operations Manager is responsible for driving revenue, profitability and guest loyalty through operational excellence, people development, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience Excellence

Own the
end-to-end Customer Journey
, ensuring every touchpoint (arrival → ordering → service → payment → feedback) meets the Al Fresco's Group-Vietnam brand standards.

2. Team Journey & Development

Build a high-performance, motivated team culture. Guide managers and chefs to grow through clear objectives, T-Shape development and recognition programs.

3. Financial & Operational Targets

Deliver budgeted revenue, cost, and profit through proactive planning, marketing execution and cost control.

4. Marketing & Growth Execution

Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns that enhance the guest journey and drive sales uplift.

5. Strategic Leadership & Compliance

Actively shape operational strategy, ensure compliance, and lead special projects (renovations, brand extensions, etc.).

Qualifications

Proven experience in F&B operations management (minimum 5 years).

Strong English communication skills and familiarity with working in Vietnam.

Demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence.

Strong integrity, work ethic and accountability.

Qualifications and documentation to meet Vietnam Work Permit requirements.
