  • Department: In-plant Logistics Services Division

  • Number of HSE supervisors: 3

  • Reporting line: Vietnamese department manager.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

You will be responsible for health and safety-related tasks in the factory equipment installation department.

  • Safety assurance for mobile crane operations, heavy slinging operations, and large vehicle transportation operations.
  • Safety checks before work begins.
  • Implementing management regulations to all departments within the company.
  • Patrolling the site day and night, and early detection and correction of dangerous behavior.
  • Responding to accidents, disasters, and quality issues.
  • Providing safety instructions and guidance to workers.
  • Regular reporting to clients and managers.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

  • 5+ years of experience in safety management at a manufacturing, plant, or construction site

∟The workplace is a logistics warehouse, but the majority of work is outdoors, as over 20 tons of product is transported outside.

  • High level of understanding and awareness of dangerous work practices.
  • Able to travel to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese or English.
