HSE Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced
HSE Supervisor
to support large-scale international projects in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have strong technical HSE expertise, in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese health, safety, and environmental regulations, and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural and international project environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) legislation and project-specific requirements.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE management systems in line with
    ISO 45001
    ,
    ISO 14001
    , and
    OSHA standards
    .
  • Review
    Permits to Work (PTW)
    , risk assessments, and method statements to ensure safe execution of activities.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and coordinate emergency response plans and ensure site readiness at all times.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE performance in complex, multi-party project environments.
  • Promote a strong safety culture aligned with both local practices and international standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders within an international consortium.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years
    of relevant HSE experience in large-scale industrial, energy, offshore wind, or EPC projects.
  • Proven experience managing HSE compliance on international or consortium-based projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations, standards, and local safety culture.
  • Hands-on experience with HSE audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with international safety frameworks and multinational project requirements.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in Vietnamese
    (spoken and written).
  • Strong English proficiency

    IELTS 6.5–7.5
    (upper-intermediate to advanced level).
