INTRODUCTION

Nam Trung Steel Structures Factory – Producing and fabricating over 30,000 tons of steel per year, ISO-certified, operated by EPC contractor Nam Trung Construction.

We are establishing a new steel structure manufacturing plant in HCMC. We seek for an experienced leader to take full ownership, build the system from the ground up, and turn potential into performance. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new factory, leave a lasting mark, and see success reflected in both recognition and reward.

ROLE & OBJECTIVES

Oversee and manage the full operation of Nam Trung's steel structure manufacturing plant, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and efficiency.

Drive the plant toward standardisation, automation, and sustainable development, joining Nam Trung in building a model factory for Vietnam's industrial steel structure sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, organise, and execute production plans to meet quality, schedule, and output targets.
• Manage and control the full production line, including fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly.
• Recruit, train, and develop the management team, supervisors, and skilled technicians.
• Maintain and improve systems for safety, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing.
• Manage production costs, propose technical improvements, and implement new technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, QA/QC, Design, HR, and Procurement departments to ensure seamless plant operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Steel Structure, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in steel structure manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a factory management role (Factory Director title not required).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, welding, painting, inspection, ISO systems, and steel structure standards.
• Proven capability in leadership, planning, cost control, and team development.
