Campaign Lead

Purpose
Lead the planning and execution of integrated social commerce campaigns that combine media, content, affiliates, and e-commerce operations. Ensure every campaign — from product launch to mega-sale event — is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
1.Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Translate commercial objectives into clear campaign plans with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Turn commercial goals into clear campaign plans with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Design campaign frameworks that integrate
live commerce, affiliate amplification, paid media, and platform-native activations

2.Execution & Coordination
- Implementation & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across Media, Store Ops, and Commercial teams.
- Perform end-to-end campaigns across Media, Store Ops and Commercial teams.
- Manage campaign calendars (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, brand launches, seasonal promotions).
- Ensure product listings, creative assets, live shows, and paid media are ready on schedule.
3.Platform & Partner Collaboration
- Coordinate with platform campaign managers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki) to secure slots and co-marketing opportunities.
- Partner with brand teams to ensure campaign objectives and content are aligned.

4.Performance & Optimization
- Track campaign KPIs: GMV, ROI, conversion rates, media efficiency, and engagement.
- Identify learnings and apply optimizations for future campaigns.
- Share post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
5.Team Leadership & Process
- Mentor and guide Campaign Executives or cross-functional contributors.
- Standardize campaign workflows, checklists, and reporting templates.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in
campaign management, trade marketing, or digital marketing
(social commerce/e-commerce preferred). - Strong track record in planning and executing
multi-channel campaigns
. - Experience working with
e-commerce platforms and retail media
(Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). - Excellent project management skills: highly organized, deadline-oriented, detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator, able to align multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and results-oriented; comfortable with campaign performance dashboards.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is a plus.
