What you'll do:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Dong Nai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of industrial equipment through your expertise in both mechanical system design and hydraulic system integration. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with other engineers to create precise 3D models of vehicles, preparing detailed production drawings, and ensuring all outputs adhere strictly to industry safety standards. You will also be responsible for generating essential documentation such as machine manuals and Bills of Material, which are crucial for both internal teams and external clients. In addition to your core design responsibilities, you will provide valuable support by troubleshooting technical issues on-site when required. • Design and develop complex mechanical applications, providing technical solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Create and update detailed 3D models of vehicles using advanced CAD software to ensure compliance with IOF requirements.
• Generate accurate production 2D drawings, Autobuilts drawings, and obtain necessary approvals for manufacturing processes.
• Prepare AutoCAD cutting files for production purposes, ensuring all files meet quality standards before approval.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety regulations, including Australian Standards and ISO guidelines, prioritising the well-being of users and colleagues.
• Develop comprehensive machine manuals such as operator's manuals, maintenance guides, and spare parts catalogues to support end-users effectively.
• Manage assigned projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and update hydraulic schematics to align with IOF requirements, verifying component specifications for accuracy.
• Create detailed Bills of Material (BOM) for both hydraulic and mechanical systems to facilitate smooth procurement and assembly processes.
• Support external customers by resolving on-site technical issues related to machinery, demonstrating empathy and effective problem-solving skills.

What you bring:
