I. Nhiệm vụ chính

  • Thực hiện giao hàng theo kế hoạch, theo dõi đơn hàng trên hệ thống và theo dõi tồn kho.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận bán hàng và bộ phận kế hoạch lập dự báo hàng hóa hàng tuần, tháng, quý, theo dõi công nợ khách hàng.
  • Trao đổi và xác nhận với khách hàng về thời gian giao hàng, phí vận chuyển và các vấn đề phát sinh khi liên quan đến vận chuyển.
  • Theo dõi kế hoạch bán hàng của bộ phận bán hàng để đốc thúc khách hàng xác nhận lệnh mua hàng đúng kế hoạch.
  • Ghi nhận ý kiến thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng, phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan xử lý.
  • Tạo đơn hàng, cập nhật thông tin đơn hàng trên phần mềm khi nhận yêu cầu đặt hàng và xử lý đơn hàng.
  • Làm việc với bộ phận Logistics và FWD để đặt tàu và làm chứng từ xuất khẩu (Packing List, Invoice, CO, v.v.).
  • Theo dõi tập hợp chứng từ (biên bản giao nhận) và hóa đơn chứng từ gửi chuyển phát nhanh cho khách hàng.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác khi được phân công.

II. Yêu cầu công việc

  • Có kinh nghiệm 1 năm ở vị trí Nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng.
  • Ngoại ngữ: Thành thạo tiếng Trung giao tiếp (không bắt buộc bằng cấp/chứng chỉ).
