Tóm tắt công việc:

– Phụ trách các công việc hỗ trợ cho bộ phận kinh doanh.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Hỗ trợ đội ngũ Sales trong các hoạt động hằng ngày: chuẩn bị báo cáo, phối hợp với các phòng ban nội bộ và xử lý các yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
  • Phiên dịch/biên dịch trong các cuộc họp và trao đổi giữa bộ phận Sales với nhà phân phối và đối tác.
  • Đi thị trường tại nhà phân phối và các điểm bán lẻ để theo dõi hoạt động bán hàng, thu thập phản hồi thị trường và hỗ trợ triển khai hoạt động bán hàng.
  • Hỗ trợ tổ chức chương trình khuyến mãi, giới thiệu sản phẩm mới tại nhà phân phối và hệ thống bán lẻ.
  • Quản lý, cập nhật thông tin khách hàng và nhà phân phối lên hệ thống.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học
  • 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí hỗ trợ kinh doanh
  • Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Nhật (từ N2 trở lên)
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty Nhật hoặc du học Nhật, hiểu về phong cách làm việc của người Nhật
