Job description

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) – người sẽ đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa khách hàng Nhật Bản và đội ngũ phát triển tại Việt Nam, đảm bảo thông tin được truyền đạt chính xác và hiệu quả trong các dự án phần mềm.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Hỗ trợ Project Manager (PM) và team dev trong việc làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Nhật Bản: tiếp nhận, phân tích, thương lượng yêu cầu dự án.
  • Là cầu nối giữa đội phát triển và khách hàng Nhật, đảm bảo hiểu đúng – truyền đạt đủ yêu cầu kỹ thuật và tiến độ.
  • Dịch và kiểm tra các tài liệu, đặc tả kỹ thuật giữa tiếng Nhật và tiếng Việt/tiếng Anh.
  • Hỗ trợ team trong việc báo cáo, theo dõi tiến độ dự án, và đảm bảo chất lượng đầu ra.
  • Phối hợp cùng PM hoặc Team Leader trong các công việc quản lý và vận hành dự án.
Your skills and experience

Yêu cầu chung:

  • Trình độ tiếng Nhật N2 trở lên (ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm giao tiếp trong môi trường doanh nghiệp Nhật).
  • Có hiểu biết hoặc kinh nghiệm về quy trình phát triển phần mềm (IT).
  • Chủ động, cầu tiến, chịu được áp lực công việc và sẵn sàng học hỏi.
  • Có thể đi công tác Nhật Bản khi được yêu cầu.

Kỹ năng & Kinh nghiệm ưu tiên:

  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các công ty IT Nhật Bản là lợi thế.
  • Từng có background Software Engineer là điểm cộng lớn.
  • Kỹ năng tư duy logic, phân tích vấn đề và giao tiếp hiệu quả.
