Phối hợp nhận bàn giao căn hộ nội bộ:Nhận danh sách căn hộ dự kiến tiếp nhận theo thông tin nhận từ Chủ Đầu TưPhối hợp với BP. Kỹ thuật kiểm tra chất lượng căn hộ; tiếp nhận và kiểm đếm trang thiết bị bên trong căn hộ theo Danh mục tài sản bên trong căn hộNhận và quản lý bộ chìa khóa căn hộ, quản lý niêm phong căn hộQuản lý các căn hộ đã nhận bàn giao từ Chủ đầu tư trong thời gian chờ bàn giao cho chủ sở hữuLập file theo dõi căn hộ đã hoàn thiện, quản lý chìa khóa căn hộ đã nhận bàn giao từ Chủ đầu tư, niêm phong căn hộ sau mỗi lần kiểm traThực hiện công tác kiểm tra căn hộ định kỳ nhằm đảm bảo luôn duy trì vệ sinh, tổ chức kiểm kê tài sản bên trong căn hộ theo danh mục tiếp nhận ban đầuBáo cáo hàng ngày về công tác kiểm tra, quản lý căn hộ cho quản lý trực tiếpCông tác tiền sảnhChào đón tất cả khách hàng của Tòa nhà và của Chủ Đầu Tư với thái độ niềm nở và thân thiệnChịu trách nhiệm quản lý các công việc tiền sảnh như: trả lời điện thoại, chuyển cuộc gọi, nhận tin nhắn,...Quản lý fax đến và fax đi, lưu văn thư khi được yêu cầuGiữ thông tin liên lạc để phối hợp, hỗ trợ các bộ phận trong công tác vận hành tòa nhàLuôn cập nhật và duy trì tất cả thông tin của khách hàngBáo cáo trực tiếp công việc hàng ngày/ hàng tuần của Lễ tân cho Quản lý trực tiếp, Quản lý tòa nhà theo quy địnhThực hiện các công việc khác khi được yêu cầu từ cấp trên

Trình độ học vấn/Chuyên môn:Tốt nghiệp Trung học trở lênKinh nghiệm liên quan: Có kinh nghiệm từ 1–2 năm trong lĩnh vực bàn giao căn hộ hoặc chăm sóc khách hàng, lễ tân, hành chính.Phẩm chất/Thái độ làm việc:Tận tâm, cẩn thận, cầu tiến, có tinh thần phục vụ và tuân thủ quy trìnhCó khả năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp với nhiều phòng banCác kỹ năng cơ bản:Vi tính văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày, soạn thảo văn bảnXử lý tình huống linh hoạt, có tinh thần trách nhiệmKỹ năng lắng nghe, trình bàyKỹ năng tổng hợp số liệu, quản lý công việcCó khả năng soạn thảo văn bản, đọc hiểu và thực hiện đúng các quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc liên quanTiếp nhận và giải quyết vấn đềKhác (ngoại ngữ, …) Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản
