As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounting-related tasks. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions such as: preparing accounting book, including month-end closing, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
  • Handle Social Insurance, VAT, tax filings, and other statutory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Support the management with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with the implementation of more efficient financial processes.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with Misa software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
