Job Description

  • Plan, create, and produce engaging content tailored for various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Website, etc.).
  • Write posts, capture photos, and produce/edit short-form videos (reels, TikTok, viral clips, behind-the-scenes, etc.) to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Develop brand storytelling through creative, trend-driven, and shareable content.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Communication teams to build creative concepts, scripts, and digital campaign ideas.
  • Manage, upload, and track the performance of content across social media channels (reach, engagement, conversion rate, etc.).
  • Research and propose new content trends, formats, and creative approaches to enhance communication efficiency.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and strategic direction.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages, Design, or related fields.
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in Content Creation / Digital Content / Social Media (preferably in FMCG or consumer brands).
  • Strong writing and creative storytelling skills; able to craft catchy captions, taglines, and short scripts.
  • Basic skills in
    filming and video editing
    (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
  • Good understanding of
    social media algorithms and content trends
    across platforms.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • English proficiency in reading and writing; good communication skills are an advantage.
