National Key Account Manager

Job Mission:
- Profitable revenue growth at customers and stores level.
- Execution of Joint Business plan of customers.
- Drive customer satisfaction.
- Build people capability and capacity through teams to increase return to shareholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Joint Business Plan Development:
- Lead the development of Joint Business Plans for key account customers.
- Conduct top-to-top meetings with the key customers annually.
2. New Account/Channel Opening:
- Propose new channels/markets for Key Accounts, including insights on market potential, competition, and entry strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to evaluate the attractiveness of new channels and secure management approval.
- Co-develop, negotiate, and execute channel-specific trade concepts that can be replicated nationwide.
- Implement expansion strategies for the HORECA, vending machine, and on-premise channels.
3. Customer Performance Review:
- Conduct monthly reviews of customer performance, focusing on: Sales growth, Profit growth, ASMPQ performance metrics.

Initiative Business Model:
- Develop and implement new business models focused on foodservice within stores and shop-in-shop concepts.
- Ensure outstanding merchandising practices in key accounts to maximize visibility and sales potential.
5. Sales Training and Coaching:
- Assess the training needs of the sales team to enhance capabilities and conduct monthly sales training sessions.
6. Sales Forecasting:
- Produce weekly sales forecasts, ensuring a high level of accuracy in predictions.
7. Market Visits and Field Coaching:
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and provide coaching to the sales team on-site, focusing on enhancing ASMPQ performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience:
At least 7 years in key account management, preferably within the FMCG food and beverage sector. - Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Language Proficiency:
Strong command of English; ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats. - Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
