Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi, QlikView) that communicate complex data in a clear and concise format for various stakeholders across the organization, including delivery of financial weekly/monthly/annual reports to all appropriate parties.
• Create performance metrics (KPIs) to track progress towards business goals and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making processes.

Data & Process Support

• Design and develop digital solutions that meet business requirements.
• Assisting Finance & Accounting teams in providing research and training to users for effective use of Finance applications.
• Knowledgeable in regards to front to back investment banking infrastructure is a plus.
• Develop and document current state and processing flows.
• Liaise with software vendor /IT developers to communicate data sourcing requirements and current/future state architecture.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to use data tools.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor the performance of digital solutions and optimize them for efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data tools and data sources.

Data Governance

• Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Document data processes, data models, and technical specifications.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest data tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for improving data processes and solutions.
• Participate in data-related projects and initiatives to enhance the company's data capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in BI or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power DATA, QlikView...,).
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

Skills

• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
