LOGISTICS MANAGER
Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, customs procedures, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to ensure timely operations, cost efficiency, and service quality.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Purchasing, Production, Sales, Import–Export) to optimize the supply chain process.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Manage, select, and negotiate with service providers such as transport companies, warehouses, shipping lines, and forwarders.
  • Oversee all import–export procedures: customs declarations, shipping documents, C/O, quarantine, and cargo insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, import–export laws, and internal company policies.
  • Manage, train, and develop the logistics team.
  • Prepare periodic logistics reports, analyze costs, and propose optimization solutions.

Recruitment Criteria
1. Academic Background / Experience

  • College/University degree in relevant majors.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in a Logistics Manager position.
  • Experience handling Post-Clearance Customs Audit.
  • Experience working in an EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) company.
  • Good English communication skills—for reporting and explanations to superiors or within the corporation.

2. Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Max 50 million VND (gross)
  • 02 paid Saturdays off per month
  • Overtime: 2+ hours of OT counted as an additional 1 hour
  • Allowances: transportation, attendance, housing
