develops an AI platform that integrates thousands of cameras to monitor safety and security issues.

We are seeking a
Senior Fullstack Engineer
with strong backend expertise in
Python, Golang, or Rust,
and solid understanding of IoT ecosystems. You will lead the IoT Platform & Device Integration Team, driving the architecture and delivery of large-scale, cloud-native IoT solutions that power intelligent device networks. While backend and distributed system experience are prioritized, the role also values frontend familiarity for dashboard, monitoring, and developer-facing components.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead architecture and development
  of a large-scale
  IoT data platform
  , integrating millions of device telemetry streams across Kafka, MQTT, and REST pipelines.
• Design and implement
  backend services and APIs in
  Python, Golang, or Rust
  , ensuring scalability, resilience, and low-latency data flow.
• Collaborate with IoT edge and firmware teams
  to design device communication protocols, telemetry schemas, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Architect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure
  , integrating with AWS/GCP/Azure IoT services, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
• Drive best practices
  in CI/CD, containerization, and microservices deployment.
• Mentor and guide engineers
  , fostering strong technical ownership and system-level thinking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally
  with platform, data, and frontend teams to deliver unified developer and operational experiences (dashboards, APIs, device catalogs).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least
  5 years
  of software engineering experience, with
  senior or lead-level backend expertise
  .
• Strong proficiency in
  Python, Golang, or Rust
  for building distributed systems and APIs.
• Deep understanding of
  event-driven architectures
  , including
  Kafka, MQTT, or other message brokers
  .
• Experience with
  IoT platforms
  , including device connectivity, telemetry ingestion, and data processing pipelines.
• Solid experience with
  Kubernetes, Docker
  , and
  cloud platforms
  (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with
  frontend technologies
  (ReactJS, TypeScript) for internal tools or monitoring dashboards.
• Proven ability to
  translate abstract goals into technical blueprints
  and actionable workstreams.
• Basic English communication skills and ability to collaborate across geographies.
• Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
