As part of our mission to redefine health in Vietnam, we are seeking a talented Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our health and wellness applications. Collaborating closely with our Product and Design teams, you'll focus on creating seamless, user-centric experiences while ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient codebases.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain new features for BeWao's health and wellness platform.
  • Work across the full technology stack—frontend, API, and backend—to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Architect and implement multi-service systems that ensure consistent, efficient, and reliable data flow.
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain product reliability and enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize developer workflows, deployment strategies, and testing processes.
Your skills and experience

We're looking for a passionate, growth-oriented engineer who thrives in a startup environment. You should be:

  • Experienced: 5+ years of professional experience in building and maintaining consumer-grade web or mobile applications.
  • Knowledgeable: Proficient in modern full-stack development, with expertise in frontend frameworks, APIs, and backend services.
  • Skilled: Strong programming and Computer Science fundamentals, with a focus on building reliable, scalable software.
  • Collaborative: A team player who values feedback and actively contributes to the growth of peers.
  • Growth-Focused: Committed to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and non-technical domains.
