Our client works on projects in Asia as well as in support functions for European projects. Our company consists of around 14,000 experts in more than 27 countries. They are a technology leader in the area of digitalization of infrastructure and construction works. They provide digital inspection, planning and maintenance solutions to our customers. They are currently expanding our employees for the digitalization of existing infrastructure. Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, the US, Spain and other offices. For their office in Hanoi, they are looking immediately for a BIM Infrastructure Leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, update and revise BIM Models and drawings throughout the project life cycleCreate and modify BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputsCreate BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabricationEnsure integrity and quality of BIM models, drawings and familiesCoordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleaguesAssist in the development of internal standards and guidelines for work planning.Develop and maintain good professional relationship with partners, demonstrate good capability to grow teamDevelop team strategy, provide team and project leadership: planning, supervision, evaluation, resolutionQUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering, or equivalent3-5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong experience in infrastructure modelling (bridges, tunnels) will be prioritized.Good knowledge of EnglishProven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and othersKnowledge of BIM Automation tools, plug-in such as Dynamo, Revit API, Diroots and others is an advantageKnowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3DSmax or similarMust have exceptional attention to detail; Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
