HVAC Project Supervisor (Chiller & VRV Systems)

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and ambitious HVAC Project Supervisor
to join our elite project team delivering
5-star hotels, resorts, and premium commercial centers
. You'll take part in supervising and managing the installation and commissioning of
Chiller and VRV systems
, ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and world-class performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation of
    Chiller and VRV air-conditioning systems
    for large-scale luxury projects.
  • Participate in
    construction management, supervision, and system handover
    , ensuring every detail meets high technical standards.
  • Integrate and control
    BMS systems
    and advanced
    energy-saving HVAC technologies
    .
  • Act as the
    technical representative
    on site — coordinating with investors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support technical optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous system performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Automation
    .
  • Fresh graduates
    or candidates with
    hands-on experience
    in HVAC construction, supervision, or site management are welcome.
  • Strong technical judgment, analytical thinking, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Professional, responsible, honest, and eager to learn.
