Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Lead the development of commercial strategies for creators on TikTok Shop, optimizing revenue streams and commission structures to maximize performance.

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and execute complex projects including commercial collaborations with artists and management of exclusive talents within THN Network.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Drive collaboration across departments (Influencer Management, Brand Partnership, Livestream Operations, Productions, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of Mega and Daily Livestream sessions.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor project KPIs, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a senior liaison between creators, brands, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and smooth communication.

  • Mentorship & Guidance: Support and mentor junior Project Executives, fostering professional growth and elevating team performance.

  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, opportunities, and market trends.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, account management, or operations within digital marketing, e-commerce, or influencer marketing.

  • Proven expertise in TikTok Shop ecosystem, social commerce, and livestream operations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for innovation in social commerce.
