We are looking for a
Senior AI/ML Engineer
passionate about building and deploying practical AI/ML solutions. You will contribute both technical expertise and collaborative problem-solving to help turn ideas into impactful, real-world AI products.

I. What You'll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions (LLM, RAG pipelines, semantic search, AI agents).
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
  • Participate in demos, POCs, and pre-sales activities when needed.
  • Integrate and optimize AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

II. What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Python with AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML development, preferably in
    NLP/LLM (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
  • Solid understanding of
    RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to
    translate ideas into deployable solutions.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to pre-sales, solution demos, or proof-of-concept projects.
  • Familiarity with
    Big Data frameworks (Spark, Databricks) or Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, or GANs.
