MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tiếp nhận concept sáng tạo, chuyển hoá thành không gian 3D có tính nghệ thuật và thi công thực tế.

  • Dựng phối cảnh booth, sân khấu, exhibition, photo booth, khu trưng bày theo brief và tone visual.

    • Làm việc chặt chẽ với Art team để đảm bảo đồng bộ phong cách màu sắc - ánh sáng - chất liệu.

  • Phối hợp với Production team để tối ưu cấu trúc, vật liệu, lối đi, an toàn và ngân sách.

  • Tham gia pitching và dựng hình nhanh trong giai đoạn ý tưởng.
  • Có khả năng hỗ trợ thiết kế animation / walkthrough / motion render phục vụ thuyết trình concept.
  • Theo dõi thi công thực tế, điều chỉnh bản vẽ hoặc phối cảnh khi cần.

YÊU CẦU

  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm trong thiết kế 3D event / booth / exhibition / stage.
  • Thành thạo: 3Ds Max, SketchUp/ Blender,C4D….
  • Am hiểu vật liệu, ánh sáng, kết cấu sân khấu, kỹ thuật thi công.
  • Có khả năng diễn họa nhanh và chính xác trong giai đoạn pitching.
  • Biết chuyển đổi giữa thẩm mỹ & kỹ thuật: hình ảnh phải đẹp, nhưng phải khả thi.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong event agency, exhibition house, hoặc kiến trúc triển lãm.
  • Sáng tạo và nhạy cảm với không gian, ánh sáng, tỉ lệ.
  • Cẩn trọng, logic, và có tư duy "thi công được".

  • Là người cầu thị và có khả năng làm việc teamwork, chịu được áp lực deadline

    • Có tinh thần "người làm nghệ thuật trong ngành công nghiệp" - vừa bay, vừa chắc.
